Judo Seminar

Professor was accompanied by Shihan Chris and it was an excellent session covering rolls, breakfalls, our entire judo curriculum and some additional throws as well.

Professor has a great presence and is a great instructor. We are all looking forward to his next visit.

A DVD of the session is available. A master copy is being passed around and students are free to make a copy of the disc.
